Crack dealer, car thief, Social Security fraudster, ILLEGAL ALIEN. Yet he is 'making a living' suing hundreds of small business owners under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Alfredo Garcia, who became paralyzed after getting drunk and falling out of an avocado tree, goes around all day - every day - looking for the most minor violations of ADA (or just filing false claims) in order to extort cash. How does an illegal alien felon even have standing to sue American citizens? Why was he never deported? Why is he not deported now? God only knows. It is just another story of madness in a nation which has totally lost its mind on illegal immigration. No other nation on Earth would ever put up with this.

The remedy is to sanction him under the federal court rules and get a standing order restricting his ability to file lawsuits.

I only read about to where I took the excerpt above as the thought immediately hit me about the major reason for the extremely high cost of avocados in the market, and that is because of people like Alfredo Garcia stealing truckloads of avocados from our farmers. It’s happening all the time around us here in Riverside.
To be clear NOT ALL MEXICANS steal avocados, but enough do to cause one “H” of a problem for the farmers that it pumps up the price so outrageously.

In most if not all states, a corporation cannot file a lawsuit if it is not qualified to do business there.
Congress should pass a law providing that neither a person in this country illegally nor any entity owned by persons in this country illegally has standing to file a suit in the federal courts. Alternatively, Congress could provide that the federal courts do not have jurisdiction over any such lawsuit.
Allegheny County (Pittsburgh), PA recently reshuffled/reduced public transit service. This resulted in a well-publicized case where a lady in a wheelchair got left on the curb 3 times in one week because there was no room on her bus. (thanks to ADA she will probably OWN this county soon)
She sued him over some BS ADA non compliance (like the Handicap toilet wall width was a 1/2 inch too small or some nonsense).
She and her scum bag lawyer made their living this way, suing Restaurants. Most owners settled because it was cheaper. But Clint ain't the settling kind, did not back down, he fought her in court -- and he won :-)
(and iirc the Judge was not too pleased with this duo and ended their 'suing career', at least in CA)
This is a career criminal, a true sociopath, making big bucks in the crooked lawsuit industry of California.

I saw this on Facebook. Judging from the comments undeneath, people were LIVID. I hope Americans are finally waking up to these things.
I also insist that the illegal alien man be given a voter registration card in Loretta Sanchez' district immediately, even though unlike the normal Sanchez Sister Supporter, he is still alive.
