Here is video of J.D. Hayworth in his concession speech last night, where he stopped his supporters from booing John McCain. Hayworth had told supporters that the people of Arizona had decided that “our senior Senator will move to enforce the border….” At that point, the crowd began to boo and groan, and Hayworth stopped them and said that “the time for derision during a campaign is over.”

He went on to say he sincerely hopes McCain will do the things he has promised to do during the campaign.

At least I finally had the chance to vote against McCain without voting for a RAT. 6 years ago there was not even another name on the primary ballot. McCain is so old now he might end up leaving the Senate like Byrd or Kennedy before his 6 years is up.

This is exactly my sentiment also. I held my nose and voted for him in 2008 only because of Palin. I will not cast a vote for McCain in the general election.

“he sincerely hopes McCain will do the things he has promised to do during the campaign”

Someone needed to take out the trash, unfortunately, JD couldn’t do it.

Soros owns the media all over this country. I’ll bet emphasis on McCain was the order of the long campaign period leading to this “win” yesterday by the Soros controlled MSM operating in Arizona.

I’d cut some slack to Arizonians in general as they were inundated with propaganda from the Soros controlled media as they focused on putting beans on the table day in and day out.

Unfortunately most folks aren’t FReepers, and don’t realize they are living in a political World that requires as much, or more attention than the gathering of beans anymore thanks to the Left whom eat, breathe, and defecate politics 24/7, 365.

Another thing that has to be exposed.

JD was pure class last night.

As he has been every time I have been an observer. From one minute speeches on the floor of the House of Representatives to the just finished campaign. I’m not sure where some Arizonans are coming from with the intense dislike we have seen on one particular thread this morning, especially compared to Mr McCain, who has a congressional reputation well earned dating back years, that should have resulted in his losing big in his reelection bid, but the “people” have spoken.

I'll cut them slack, I just don't want to hear their justifiable bitching anymore.

Ignorance is no defense in my book, FWIW.

The good thing is, McCain won’t have fellow travellers Voinovich, Specter, Martinez/Temp, Murkowski, Bennett, or Gregg anymore.

His buddy Ted is dead and Feingold will be gone too.

He’ll have Fiorina for six years but Hutchison and one bitty from Maine for only two.

John and Lindsey will be very lonely soon.
