"Major General Jerry Curry says House and Senate need to serve notice on Obama to clear up his eligibility or resign
Retired Army Major General Jerry Ralph Curry appeared on the Talk to Solomon Show and was questioned about Obama eligibility challenger LTC Terry Lakin and Obama's eligibility. During this exchange MGEN Curry says that LTC Lakin is a very brave man but they will try to destroy him personally. He goes on to say we shouldn't play games with Obama. The MGEN then says the House and Senate need to serve notice on Obama to clear up his eligibility or resign. Video of the exchange embedded below. Hat tip to the Conservative Monster.
The short video is posted below MGEN Curry's bio; Jerry Curry has had several careers. The first began when he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Private during the Korean War. Serendipitously, this led to a 34-year military career during which he worked his way up through the infantry ranks to retire as a Major General. Next came a career in the private sector, which included standing as a candidate for the U.S. Congress. This was followed by three years as the administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Today, in addition to his business consulting work, he pursues an operatic career.

DITTO BUMP . . .
Didn’t one state change their laws to REQUIRE a birth certificate before the next election- meaning Obambi would have to produce on in order to be on the ballot there in 2012
I think he will pull some crap after the 2010 elections but before the republicans take over...
Need a serving general to demand this
The Joint Chiefs and the uniformed military need to start asking the usurper for his papers too.
Not yet, not that I'm aware of. I believe such a state law won't be in place by 2012 either. Even IF a state did manage to pass such a law, it would be struck down by some activist judge.

Yes. There is a LOT of damage they can continue to wreak on the nation before they leave.
No state yet as far as I know. AZ and OK talked about it and they need to move on it along with a few others. The law needs to be REALLY specific.
The hierarchy is afraid to say anything because their careers matter more to them than the Constitutional validity of the orders they are given.
Precisely.
Arizona’s house actually passed their bill, but their senate chickened out.
Like do away with elections??? Wouldn’t surprise me..
That won't happen. The voters can demand that their legislators pass a law requiring proof of eligibility be presented to the Secretary of State of the various states before a name can be placed on the ballot for President of the United States rather than the current procedure that allows political parties to assert eligibility, usually without any vetting procedure.
Politicians do not want to have to police their ranks, they are afraid that someone will come and police them out of office. This protection society will only be changed when the voters change it, expecting the military to bail them out of this mess is wishful thinking.
it keeps getting louder and louder and now it is starting to come from higher up the chain
Arizona is the state you have in mind. Alas, the lower house passed the bill, but it failed in the upper house. I believe other states are in the process of passing similar bills. It only takes one. sd

IMO, based on current (& past) events, even IF a state managed to pass such a law...it would somehow be ruled unconstitutional by activist judges. The will of the people as "expressed" via the ballot box is often overruled.
hhhmmmm? THe REAL reason he's suing AZ?
I believe it is the National Party who’s job it is to examine credentials and certify the eligibility of a national candidate.
If so, the dim party knew he wasn’t eligible and went about covering and hiding any paperwork that could prove it.
Asking/demanding these same people to investigate Zer0’s birth isn’t going anywhere.
Heck, the Supremes tossed it.
NO the SCOTUS tabled it.Totally different...They can take it off the table whenever the right case with the right plaintiffs, defendents and premise comes before them....Two such cases are on their way.
b.t.w. A CA SoS tossed someone for not meeting the age requirement after examining the candidate's credentials.
This is all about the color of his skin, and fear. Fear for not wanting to be the 1 who exposes the ONE for being a usuper. Exposing the first black (who's really more white, and then Arabic African) POTUS as a common thief...along with the (D) cabal and RHINO's that enabled him.
I can only imagine how proud (/s) M.L.K. would be that Barry was judged by his skin color and not by the content of his character (obviously).
