Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy’s comments on the confirmation of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court. Seems he and barry find the birth certificate issue comical. If you aren’t aware Leahy was the one behind the Senate Resolution declaring Sen McCain a NBC.

I often find that people think it’s funny when the birth certificate issue is mentioned, even among conservatives. The laughter is revealing—they don’t want to treat the issue seriously. I would rather they seriously pose objections to the birth certificate quest on whatever grounds they have, rather than just laugh like fools.
Yes, that is the biggest issue, but there may be other reasons why the president does not want us to see the real birth certificate. He obviously is hiding something.

True, but a legitimate bc should help determine who he really is, birthplace, birth parents, birth doctor, birth hospital, etc. His passport has been cleansed and hidden along with everything else including college entrance info about status—foreign student, Indonesian citizen, etc. If only someone, like a college registrar, would sacrifice by exposing Obama. He has the Congress, Courts, elections, MSM, the U.N. and the military under his control. There must be another way to get rid of the usurper before it is too late. What??

What I think people should focus on is the natural-born citizenship issue. It is the defendant who must prove he qualifies.
The birth certificate has been so maligned, it’s time we focus on the Constitutional natural-born citizenship clause.

ABC reported 31%of Republicans do not think Obama was born in the U.S. Even 7% of Democrats do not think Obama was born here. This isn't a fringe issue. And...A fair number of this group must be steamed about it, and will not let it rest.
What is amazing to me is that this many Americans even know about the issue given the Marxist mainstream media and the conservative weenie media blackout on Obama’s eligibility.
No wonder Obama is concerned about the Internet information network. If it weren't for the Internet no one would know about his natural born status.
