Jerry, Jerry, Jerry. Don't you know that what you do in secret will come out in the light?

Jerry Jones was caught on amateur video, and audio, speaking about former Dallas Cowboys coach Bill Parcells and college quarterback turning NFL pro Tim Tebow. But Jerry wasn't just talking - he was laughing and joking with a mouth that flowed with obscenities.

"Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks." ~ Luke 6:45

Jerry said "Romo was a miracle ... he almost never got in ... Tebow would never hit the field."

I never really liked that guy... Maybe it’s because I am from Philadelphia?

IIRC it was drunk talk that had him firing Jimmy Johnson, you know the guy who had just won 2 SBs for Jerry?

When people ask me if I’m a Cowboy fan, I always hesitate before answering because I am so NOT a Jerry fan.

Probably has a lot to do with the fact that Jerry has won 3 more Super Bowls than the Iggles.

Of course for me, the perfect scenario would be Tim Tebow becoming the Lions QB and throwing 5 TDs to beat the Cowboys in the playoffs.

I can dream, can’t I?

LOL - as a 49ers fan cursed with the hapless Yorks, I admire Jones' will to win and have his team play in a new world class stadium. But the man is a presumptuous jackass - Parcells knows more about football when he's sound asleep than Jerry Jones and his son ever will. He might be right about Tebow (though Tebow's stock apparently has risen), but Jones knows no more about scouting college QBs than any other loud-mouthed fan like me - he just happens to own a team.

Jones wants to win bad enough to keep the Cowboys in the picture, but his refusal to shut up, step aside and quietly sign the checks is just hurting his team.

It didn't show when he was coaching the Cowboys!!!

To paraphrase what Peyton Manning said about Vandershank:

“That’s what happens when an idiot owner gets liquored up and starts shooting off his mouth!”

Now Parcells the egotistical jerk will have to come out of retirement (again) just to prove Jerry the egotistical jerk wrong. Bill could have the final Big One right there on the sideline.

As a Cowboys fan, I would LOVE to have Tim Tebow on the team.

His presence in the locker room would be worth drafting him alone.

Agreed. How is this a story? Jones can say what he wants in regards to his own team.
