We may have to take back the more loopy areas. All things are cyclical.
It’s like having a relative that is not real responsible. You may have to teach them, but you usually don’t throw them under the bus.

It’s not something to consider lightly/rashly - of course. But I am watching closely, and let’s just say, I root for the red states, ‘cause I know they have more common sense there. Believe me I don’t *want* this country split up either. It’s not us doing the tearing, ripping and splitting.

I think an arrest warrant could be brought to the Capitol Hill police for execution. The woman is trying to overthrow the USA. It almost rivals an act of war, but for the violence.
If this goes through, it would set a precedent. Then look for future bills that will be “deemed” to have passed which are then signed into law.
Signed into law by an usurper who can’t prove that he’s a natural born US citizen, mind you. That that part of the Constitution, the qualifications for who can be President, is overlooked and of little to no concern to many people, why should it be any surprise that the rest of the Constitution is being systematically dismantled? Why should anyone be shocked at the prospect that the House doesn’t even need to vote on legislation any longer?

My guess is ramifications should be about 50-60 in the House and who knows how many in the Senate, 8-12 possibly.
this method just begs for litigation, IMHO. We should be able to keep something like this tied up in court until zero is out in 2012.
The sad thing is that if they don't do it like this zero will simply use Presidential powers to pass obamacare by bits and pieces to every piece of important legislation that comes up along with more and more midnight legislation that few find out about until weeks later.
This guy is a Manchurian run by who knows who and is hell bent on destroying the country a little at a time,that's why obamcare, cap and tax, and total amnesty will never be over until he is out of office.
