You have overcome many challenges in your life.
Even though it’s just over the net, I am glad to know you and you have my respect. AND, you’re funny. ;>)

If you want to look @ it in a positive note, I guess you could say that IF a teen is going to be introduced to pot, it would better to be done by a parent than some stranger, possibly (???). I don’t think that a parent’s doing this should be a criminal act.

Is that 3 seconds after I sit on the dorito, 3 seconds after aforementioned dorito has adhered to my nekkidness, or 3 seconds after I discover the said dorito?
If I’m going to smoke pot I wanna be responsible about things.

What ever you think about what the legality “should” be, the fact is it is illegal now and you are putting your child at risk of legal consequences. If you want to risk these on yourself, OK, but don’t risk them on your child.

Well then you understand that it’s wrong.
Someday, that kid will not respect his parents anymore than I do now.
If I had your knowledge, I’d report it to the police and depending on the age of the kid, CPS.

You’ve made this mathematically difficult. My advise is if there is any doubt, dip it in sauce and feed it to a friend.... then tell ‘em and laugh hysterically.

They should go to work camps for about a year each to clean up--two years for meth addicts. ...only prior servicemen with combat MOS training to exercise them, watch them, and lead them cheering to clean living. ...no emotional, vindictive civilian-ish types (police, guards, former non-combat military) allowed to work in those place, as those kind have been the sole causes of ruination of boot camps for younger offenders.

Though very tempting, I won’t pick on you, but please do society, yourself and a child a favor.... and do not have any children until you have changed your mind.

Good for you! Pot is the main company store item now. It's one of the main tools of slavery.

I think the parents are beyond stupid. Arrest them all for the illegal drug use. Criminy why would you want to addle a teenagers brain any moe than it already is?

That it is. The last factory I worked in was full of people who were high all the time. The company seemed OK with it and I think that's why. People were productive but docile. There was a guy moving better than a half pound of pot through the shop every week and the company had to know about it.
I didn't smoke or drink before work and moved up pretty quickly compared to those around me. I was promoted to foreman over guys who had 20 years seniority over myself. After a while I just lost interest in the pot because my job required concentration and lots of thought even after hours.

Define "teenager". A person of 18 or 19 years of age is still, by definition, a "teenager" yet they are an adult with the power of contract.

Agreed. I’ve seen those kinds of situations, too. And there’s the money that could be invested in starting one’s own business instead of blowing it on weed and idling through the healthier years of life. ...amounts to big bucks for poor folks.

Did you not read BOTH of the comments that I made (posts #14 & 22)? Notice trhat I made # 22 w/ a lil uneasiness, while #14 was quite blunt (no pun intended).
