Michael Steele, WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU?!?

Michael Steele, STOP FIDDLING WHILE AMERICA BURNS!

The communists in Congress -- so-called "representatives" -- are not only preparing laws to enslave the American populace, but are now planning to (quite illegally and unConstitutionally) make it AGAINST THE LAW for future Americans (and their "representatives") to repeal the deathcare bill!

What do you call it, Michael, when a government (A) passes laws that curtail freedom, (B) passes laws that the people do NOT want, (C) threaten to FINE and IMPRISON those who oppose the new regime, and (D) make it impossible for voters to change their laws in a nation of, by, and for the people?

It is called TYRANNY. It is called DICTATORSHIP. It is called ENSLAVEMENT.

MICHAEL STEELE! You should be lining up GOP candidates for the next election, making their names known to the public, getting on your pulpit DAILY to denounce these TRAITORS and call them what they are! Not spending your time selling T-shirts and getting fees for speeches!!

Do you have any reason to suspect that Mr. Steele reads FreeRepublic?

Not necessarily. But somewhere along the line, the message will get to him. Actually, I’d prefer that Rush Limbaugh start talking about this — THEN Steele will get the message. (Rush is starting to talk along these lines today, although he hasn’t specifically mentioned Steele yet.)

He just sent me a request for money. The GOP will have to earn my support. they haven’t done so.

Well he might employ one of those services that prepare a daily report of the places his name appears. Usually that is only places in print or broadcast media. But these days they might include internet.

He's too busy be kind to the opposition and getting his teeth bleached to read....or to represent those that are beyond outraged....

Unfortunately dila813, I think you are correct. That is how I feel.

I think we have just about arrived at the time to pick up the pitchforks.

It’s a great freakin’ question! Can we have SOMEONE in the damn party start making some serious noise? If Steele is doing ANYTHING it is NOT working. I’m so sick of these limp-richard assclowns. FIGHT!!!!

Michael Steele has already blundered (again) by accusing the CBO of cooking numbers with Obama when in fact the impartial CBO can only score the amounts from the information presented to them.

I’d prefer that Michael Steele speak only from a well written script.

MEANWHILE, the so called Republican "Leader" in the Senate, has all but bent over and grabbed the ankles in his subservient and placating response to Dingy Harry's Rodney King-esque imploring: "Can't we just all get along?"

I won't post McConnel's reply verbatim cuz when I heard it a little while ago, I almost puked and don't want to lose my lunch!

Needless to say, we are thoroughly "F U C K * D"--and we ain't even been kissed!

I’ve said it since Day 1: he’s the ‘token/symbolic/pc” leader of the GOP and nothing else...

Actually I kind of like his silence. The head of the party shouldn’t be out there holding press conferences and crap. He should be planning, organizing, and strategizing. Party chairmen should be neither seen nor heard, they should only be noticed when the party gains lots of seats.

Steele is too busy printing money raising "questions" and sending them to Registered Pubbies....

I answered all the questions...then wrote them a nice note.

"You will not get ONE dime from me....You tone deaf morons!!"

I bet they send me another letter...next month.

Exactly. I don’t see party chairman in the Constitution. I do see legislators. The leaders of the GOP House and Senate need to be coordinating and leading this.

I read here in FR all day long about the evils and flaws of our two party system and party politics, then hear some of the same people bitching as to why the chair of the GOP doesn’t jump at the right time and take the lead!?!?

He is a poltician not a patriot and if your looking for him to lead the Conservatives to victory in 2010 and 2012 you might as well be waiting for Obama to find the benifits in free market principles.
Yet when their is a backlash in 2010 and victories for the Republican party he will be the first looking for a pat on the shoulder on the backs of the misery this administration is spreading on you and me.
The first interview Steele did on Hannity after being elected to charimen he discussed of all things that the red lining of minority businesses needs to stop.
This in the face of loose policies not based on credit rating but race which allowed the left to collapse the system and impose this fascist control over us.

He needs to go and that goes for much of the GOP leadership.
