She was a captain in the U.S. Army, assigned to Military Intelligence; but now retired she’s fighting a war on two fronts.

Captain Pamela Barnett is lead plaintiff in a case that could lead to the removal and life-time imprisonment of Barack Hussein Obama on charges of high-crimes, election fraud, campaign fraud, and a laundry list of campaign financing violations.

But Captain Barnett is not shirking her duty to defend her fellow Plaintiffs in the case: no, she is rebutting the lies and falsehoods promoted by the widely followed, but often errant and politically correct, Bill O’Reilly of Fox News.

The contentions point: O’Reilly featured a short report on the case Barnett et al. vs. Obama et al. full of misinformation on the case.

It’s astounding how dumb BOR is.

He interviews people and he doesn’t know the basic facts of the story. It happens over and over. What exactly does his producers do?

Left wingers should love being interviewed by the big dope. They can say anything.

No spin zone, my ass.

Walking into the bar, O’Reilly said to Charlie the bartender,
‘Pour me a stiff one - I just had another fight with my guest, a lady captain. And this was one was on the air.’

‘Oh yeah?’ said Charlie, ‘And how did this one end?’

‘When it was over,’ Bill replied, ‘She came to me on her hands and knees.’

‘Really!’ said Charles, ‘What did she say?’

She said, ‘Come out from under the desk, you fookin chicken.’

BOR is famous, or should I say infamous, for NOT doing his homework.

Like Glenn Beck or not, he does.

I was watching O’Reilly last night. He was discussing the two cases that Orly Taitz’s had brought to Judge Carter’s court and that Carter had levied a $20,000 fine on her. The two women attorneys both agreed that this was an unfair fine because this would be a fine for her political beliefs. I think they said that Orly was defending a soldier who “really didn’t want to go to Iraq”. In my previous research, I had read that this was not the case. The soldier was just questioning Obama’s credibiity as Commander and Chief. Is this the same instance that your article is refering to? Thanks.

Yet he thinks he knows everything. I can't watch anymore. His segments are the most ridiculous items of the day. I would love for BOR to explain why obama has spent $1.7 million fighting the charges.

I am waiting to see how long BOR ignores this and when Beck picks up the interview.

No spin zone, my ass.

It is a matter of perspective. From BOR's perspective it is everybody else and the entire universe that is spinning.

Nothing would make me happier than if BOR and Beck switched timeslots (well, maybe winning the lottery).

Being on the West Coast, I rarely get to see Beck live. Would love to have BOR in that 2 PM timeslot (so I don’t even have to worry about it) and watch Beck at 5!

Fox might actually get my viewership after work if they did that (as it is now, I sometimes remember to switch on Hannity at 6, but quite often am immersed in something else, usually non-TV related, by then).

Largely, I like Bill O'Reilly. And I frequently defend him. He does good stuff for the kids, and even if I don't always agree with him on every issue, that alone shows me there is good in him worthy of praise. That being said, however, I too watched Bill last night speaking on this subject with Lis and Kimberly. I was ashamed of him. He besmirched the reputation of an honorable military officer by telling the world it was all just a ploy to escape service. How dare he? Callous, inaccurate, insensitive, errant, mean-spirited ... and directed at one of our nation's defenders. I am embarrassed for him, Lis, and Kimberly. I shake my head sadly for them.

Yes, they did discuss the Army doctors case about Obama’s legitimacy as commander-in-chief where Taitz was sanctioned. However, the discussion was more expanded when Weihl the talking head did discuss the “Birther” cases in general about Obama being vetted by Congress/government...

More of it here on this thread:

“Lis Wiehl’s false statements on the “O’Reilly Factor” regarding Obama’s birth documentation...”
