The Emir of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), Abu Mus'ab 'Abd Al-Wadoud, has asked the Jordan-based jihadist cleric Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisi to rule on shari'a matters for the organization.
