If true - only socialists can call other socialists ‘that’ word. For example, a socialist is chillin’ with his homeys and he sees another socialist approach. “Hey socialist, wassup?!” he might declare. Or, perhaps a socialist, in discussion with a group of his homeys makes what amounts to an asinine or perhaps an idiotic statement. One from the peer group might exclaim, “Socialist please!”

Why can’t we just call a spade a spade? If somebody is trying to socialize most of America’s industry, is it wrong to call him/her a socialist?

I think "socialist" is a legitimate word to use to describe the current Democrat party. However, I do think that "fascist" is much more accurate for describing the Obama administration.

If the MSM wants to take "socialist" off the table, then I'd be thrilled to switch over to "fascist".

Yes actually it is National Socialism we are experiencing (Nazi for short). Read Hayek’s The Road to Serfdom. None of this stuff is new, the policies bear a striking resemblance to 30’s Germany.

No government intent on creating a fascist state of socialist policies has ever been changed peacefully. They always end in revolution or war.

Some continue for a very long time (Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela).
