And by the way, When did President Bush EVER mock and ridicule those who criticized him so viciously? We, the people, are only 1/8 of the way thru a “teachable moment;” and frankly, I’ve had enough of learning about our historic President and his swan dive into hard left Socialism. I’ve already learned all I need to know - throw his donkey out as soon as possible and all the donkeys who rode in with him.

And if you ever really want to make a protest ineffective, get union support (very similar, obvious-rent-a-mob results). A cause looks more legitimate with a dozen protestors than with them plus 50 union members with the same t-shirt, signs, and talking points. It’s a cause-killer every time, and yet they do it anyway.
Perhaps the people who oppose the Democrats’ healthcare bill should dress up like clowns, and fake outrage, the way the leftists of Code Pink did.
When I went to a Republican rally during last years’ election, the anti demonstration was being led by some fool in an SEIU jacket.

It was hilarious to read the MSM reports of rightwing plants who were actually vibrant, animated folks who had never held up a sign in their lives but who were outraged by Gore’s fraud, while across the corner came buses of truly “manufactured protesters” who all held the same signs, hadn’t a clue what they were doing, and were entirely incoherent, and who displayed every bit of the complaints about us.

The very people who encouraged thug ACORN types to picket and threaten private citizens and their families because they worked for AIG and were getting contractually-approved bonuses now are outraged (and scared) because private citizens are protesting politicians - how bizarre......

How about protesters dress as real working Americans—let them carry crosses and flags of America—even ones with rattlesnakes on them. We must come out in record numbers to show the elected ones our real power—the power of numbers and the power of votes. They may try to rig elections with Acorn and Black Panthers—or letting their people have two votes for every one of the stinking mob—but in the end they will fail.
