President Obama has been Commander 190 days and more than 200 soldiers have died. In a sad milestone today, the military announced the deaths of the 200th and 201st soldiers...a Marine who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Pfc. Donald W. Vincent, 26, of Gainesville, Fla.,...and Army Spc. Justin D. Coleman, 21, of Spring Hill, Fla. We thank them for their service to this great nation.
It's just the latest sad milestone for a President who has broken his promise to end the war in Iraq, choosing instead to leave at least 50,000 troops behind. In addition to breaking that promise, Obama has carried out his own troop surge (something he was dead set against and said would not work when George W. Bush did it) in Afghanistan and recent military action there is increasing the Obama Death Count. The Obama Troop Surge is #109 on the Official Obama Administration Scandals List.

Sorry to disagree, but he’s correct on this one. We didn’t lose all those men to pick up, leave and negate our presence in a strategic location where we spilled so much blood.
This is NOT the way to bash Obama. The LAST thing we need would be for Obama to uphold his pledge to end the war.

Also...These families must live with the thought that Obama may not even be a natural born citizen. No citizen seems to have the standing to ask him to prove it.

The deaths of these patriots really shouldn’t be used for any purpose other than to hold them up before the world as the best America has to offer.

With Obama’s new terms of engagment in Afghanistan we needlessly lose more soldiers. He is putting them in a no win situation.
I agree with you on this, but I will say this, and it hurts and pains me to say it.
If the level of support our military personnel get from the Commander in Chief is limited to statements like “I don’t feel comfortable with the concept of ‘victory’ and implementing specific rules that are going to put them at a disadvantage, then I want them out of harm’s way.
I know that this is how liberals WANT the situation to be and it is how they want people like me to feel about the military, but I will wait and see.
Ann Coulter has said it best in her book “Treason” when she opines that Democrats should never be allowed near the Oval Office when we have men on the battlefield.

American Soldiers dying under ANY circumstance is a tragedy. Personally, I think there is much, much more to hit that prick with than using (or ignoring) the lives of our soldiers as a talking point. This dog don’t hunt with me.
Wait. So we’re supposed to suddenly run from Iraq so Obama can keep his campaign promises? Or we’re supposed to trumpet American deaths because it could be politically damaging to Obama?
What is it the authors of this article want exactly? They want us to leave Iraq prematurely? Or they want us to stay as long as necessary? If we stay we’re bound to take casualties.
I think the whole premise of this article is just STUPID and wrong-headed.
Oboma said he doesn't like to use the word victory. That's a pretty clear view of how he sees our military.
