Iranian Representative To IAEA: Construction of Arak Reactor Underway Successfully
Iran's representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Ali-Asghar Soltanieh, said today that the construction of the Arak reactor is currently underway successfully.
Soltanieh made the remarks in response to questions about Iran’s refusal to allow inspection of its Arak reactor.
He said, "The IAEA secretary-general has repeatedly announced that no evidence had been found on Iran's diversion from peaceful nuclear activities... [IAEA chief] Mohamed ElBaradei has released two reports confirming that all nuclear issues have been settled."
