That’s still better than my prediction that leftists dominate politics here for the next 80 years, if not forever. I’m not convinced that, both, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party will still be around as major political parties 30 years from now, and I’m even more concerned about if all of U.S. conservatism is also an endangered species politically. I certainly do hope that I’m wrong about my predictions, with the exception of the official death of the Democratic Party.

Considering that media, public education, Hollywood, most colleges and universities, poor women and blacks are against us, it shows we’re got something powerful on our side. We have almost half the people... If we didn’t we’d cease to exist.
Does nobody else see the arrogance there? The Dims are there to RULE, not to govern. Unless the Republicans understand how to exploit that arrogance at the polls, then Snakehead might be right.
At one point in time, the children of Israel demanded a King. God was no longer good enough for them. Other nations had kings; they wanted one just like the others. Being responsible for yourself is hard work; it's easier if you have a king to take care of you. Irresponsible people want to be ruled.
So, along comes Obama promising to take care of all their needs. No wonder the irresponsible rate him so highly.
