it boils down to simplicity... the result of him being ineligible for the office is so bad, that it is better to get the proof sooner, rather then later.
after all, we are not talking about nuclear secrets here (if it were, we could just ask the chinese... dems seem to give those away for a song). it’s just a birth certificate... and $1m in defense to avoid providing it seems very suspicious to me.

We all have to understand, the Constitution means nothing to the liberal socialist democrats. (Sadly many Republicans are in this category) The Constitution is just an annoyance to be ignored which is the case here. Only Patriots care about the Constitution. Hopefully there are enough left to salvage what we have left of our country.
i had not heard that cj. Roberts clerk had removed the item from the docket and that the issue was never heard by the other justices of the SCOTUS.

I am also requesting an investigation into the financial dealings of Barack and Michele Obama. Please see attached list of over 100 addresses for Barack Obama and a 100 business addresses for Michele Obama. These are addresses obtained from a private investigator and an intelligence service. Obama/Soetoro’s addresses are connected to numerous different social security numbers. None of the 130 positions listed for Michelle and Barry or Barack H. Obama were listed on their disclosed tax returns. There has to be a corresponding search for each and every employer that is listed. If those are salaried positions then, there is massive tax fraud. And if those were campaign contributions over the allowed limits then, there is massive campaign contributions fraud, especially in light of over $300 million in contributions that are unaccounted for. Which is it? What social security numbers were used?

Yes, I've read this before, including the case of one Massachussettes Social Security number Obama used that belonged to an 118 year old man.
Bottom line is: There is much, MUCH, M U C H more to this thing than just a birth certificate! I'm convinced Obama is the REAL Manchurian Candidate now President who is doing everything he can to destroy this country before getting caught.
Not sure, but it appears it is probably Danny Bickell. But I did a search yesterday to see if he was still a clerk there (I read something days ago that his name was scrubbed off the list) and I couldn't find his name any where among the clerks.
However, I don't know enough about the SC to know if there are clerks other than the ones assigned to each justice, who have other specific jobs. My search didn't turn up anything on that.

The case is visibly gaining momentum, not losing it, thus it seems reasonable to believe that action will have to be taken in the public arena.
