Buried in the Stimulus bill is a provision that will track your medical treatments electronically by a federal system. It also establishes the new bureaucracy, the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology, will monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective. The goal of this coordinator is to “guide” you my doctor’s decisions. This seems a little like 1984.
Betsy McCaughey, former lieutenant governor" of New York State has been leading the way, informing the public about this dangerous provision in the bill passed by congress last week.
The "man" who runs MSNBC, Moonbat Keith Olbermann attacked McCaughey on his Thursday show, prompting McCaughey to issue the press release below:
If Keith Olbermann of MSNBC could defend the health provisions slipped into the stimulus bill on their merits, he wouldn't be resorting to personal attacks on me. Olbermann calls me a shill funded by the drug industry (2-12-2009). That's not true...If Keith Olbermann has the courage, I invite him to debate me on his program...Mr. Olbermann, do you have the backbone (and the facts) to debate me?
So which is is Mr. Olbarmann, are you enough of a man to debate a woman? I don't think you are? Too bad, it would be fun to watch Betsy verbally disembowel the head of MSNBC.

If GWB (or any GOP President) signed a bill with such a provision Olbermann would be using the f-word to describe him — “fascist.”
