Bumbling and corrupt NCIS agents have been on horrifyingly hilarious display in the Haditha hearings. It was clear to anyone watching LCpl Justin Sharratt's hearing that he should never have been charged in the first place.
The media (naturally) has ignore this facet of the hearings, but NCIS agents broke every rule of an unbiased investigation: exculpatory evidence was ignored and incriminating evidence was not tested. Democrats, usually so vocal about the rights of accused, do not care when the accused is an American serviceman.
In a previous dramatized installment, we brought you testimony of a real-life Inspector Clouseau, NCIS Special Agent Mark Platt.
We now present verbatim testimony from the lead investigator into the incident at Haditha, Special Agent Nadya Mannle (as portrayed by Hillary Duff as Lizzie McGuire). Special Agent Mannle's entire testimony must be read to be believed.
Our government reportedly spent $43 million on the Haditha investigation, so Ms. Mannle wasn't being frugal. NCIS chose not to record testimony so they could make promises to witnesses and falsify statements (as with the testimony of LCpl Prentice).
Folks, it's essential that patriots pay attention to what's going in at Camp Pendleton and for patriots to help defend our Marines.
Read Special Agent Mannle's entire testimony here.
Fer sure.
“Like WOW man” is right.
I’m sure LtCol Ware was really impressed with Mannle...NOT!
I agree. Prentices’ cross-exam is very hard to make a lot of sense of.
Hey, Red, some interesting info about Wright allegedely sending Prentice pictures about 2/3 through your link.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
LCpl Prentice testified under oath that he did not tell NCIS that LCpl Sharratt "made up" a story, only that LCpl Sharratt had a story. The practice of NCIS agents typing up complete statements then having a witness review can often lead to Special Agents "assisting" with language and coloring the intent of the witnesses. Regardless of which version is true, LCpl Prentice is now on record as providing two contradictory sworn statements.
Q. You had received some images from a Lance Corporal Wright. Correct?
A. Yes.
Q. And you had put those on your computer. Correct?
A. Yes.
Q. And four days before you went to NCIS for your first interview, you destroyed that computer, didn't you?
A. Yes.
CC[Mr. Culp]: No further questions, sir.
Will she testify in LCpl Tatum’s courtmartial trial? I’d love to see the defense attorneys unload on her in a trial situation not just an Article 32 hearing. Interesting that gum and coffee meant more to her than making sure statements were accurately transcribed. Talk about priorities...
“I was a lawyer in Hawaii.” Just couldn’t hack it, all those silly people with all those silly problems.
“A. Right. That is all I was to do. I am not a lawyer.”
Life is so much easier now I am a wind up toy.
“I verbally displayed my credential”
WTF
And all for $43 mllion (so far)? What a deal!
“IO: I would like to take a break for lunch. The hearing is in recess”
IMO, this is the most impressive part of the whole thing.
The stamina to even consider food after sitting through that is astonishing.
This crap is enough to *iss one off. The damn NCIS.
Post #30. Freema. It appears your new full time job is making you crack up! heheh. What are these weapons. Purchance are they what the Iranians are going to fire at our bases in Iraq in the first minute they are invaded?
“Like - OMG! That place was grody to the max! I mean...Totally, gag me with a spoon! I thought we were going to the Galleria! Totalllly.....”
If you’re talking about the damn Dam, the “gag me” part is probably true. Here’s the report I got way back when:
12/17/04 “ What I really need is a huge quantity of socks; laundry is kind of iffy here at the dam, so I need a huge supply that can last a few weeks and then the whole batch can be washed at once. I can wear the same pair of socks multiple days in the row without fear of infection, since my boots stay pretty dry; however, the smell is horrid when I take the boots off at the end of the day, so having a pair of socks for each day or 2 would probably make the room smell less butt-like. ”
As I recall, his room was around the second or third level, LOL!
This is what ms. nadya manners thought she was looking for, apparently. I’ll wager she couldn’t concentrate for looking at the hunks.
Awwwww, USMCPOP. I have sent out socks in the past in packages to Soldiers and Marines hoping that would help. Your post makes me realize they probably did. Thanks for that.
One of my favorite dudes that I mailed to ended up buying a washer and dryer for their unit in Iraq to help with the problems they had with laundry.
I sent him several pairs of really good Thorlo socks, and about 20 pairs of black wallymart socks. When I got them all back in his effects, I sent a giant box of socks back to the dam. Socks and Skittles and Starbursts and Gummi Bears seemed to be the hot items at the time :)
Unbelievable.
You certainly nailed it with the accompanying photos of Lizzie McGuire.
All sorts of dumb blonde jokes are coming to me now. UGH.
God bless you, USMCPOP. I can’t imagine how appreciative these men were.
