I just returned from Falafel Bill's house by Mike Stark Tue Jul 31, 2007 at 06:34:58 AM PDT After O'Reilly provided an "accountability moment" to the JetBlue CEO at his home, I decided to provide O'Reilly with his own accountability moment at his home.
I've just returned to home base.
I've got video of O'Reilly in his sleepwear (red shorts and a white t-shirt). I delivered the Andrea Mackris Court filings to all of his neighors - every home in his development got a copy. And I put a bunch of signs up along his street - "Bill O'Reilly: Andrea Mackris has your cash" directly across from his house; "Bill O'Reilly: PERVERT" in front of his home; "Bill O'Reilly: CHEATER" on the road he must take to exit his development and "Bill O'Reilly: Can't be trusted with your daughters" at the landmark boulder marking the entrance to his development.
We had an interesting conversation - not too explosive, but I think a lot of people will be entertained.

As I summarized in my post, I don't really care for O'Reilly, but this is beyond the pale, even for the KOmmies.
Link includes photos and feedback from other KOmmies. Surprisingly, a number of them do not support what Stark did.

What would the hosts of MSNBC, Air America, Mikey Moore and the rest of the hosts of the MSM do when conservatives turn the tables. These little maggots might find that something they cherish or hold dear might just be the victim of such "tagging" or graffiti.
I just hope I'm around for the video. I've got popcorn and beer in the pantry. It should make for "must watch" TV.

Seriously, anyone who does this in a residential neighborhood should be tossed in jail and have everything they own sued away from them. Don't care which side is doing it, you're involving people who's only connection is that they happen to live in the same neighborhood.
Was just reading through some more of the replies and it appears this Mike Stark guy is the same one who got tackled by George Allen’s bodyguards back during the election - when he approached Allen and asked him why he spit on his first wife.

Even if he is not arrested for doing something illegal. (he did put a sign on private property libeling BOR.) If BOR issues a restraining order it is not going to be pleasant for Stark. That does effect credit ratings. I would think BOR could get him for defamation of character with the sign.
An ambush interview is a heckuva lot different than going to a guys house and posting “pervert” signs that his young kids will see.
DrJ, I watch Bill O’Reilly (”BOR”), but don’t especially like him as a person (based on how he behaves on air). Thus, I have no inclination to defend him.
That said, I don’t believe the Makris’ complaint after reading it in detail. Either the alleged “facts” are made up or, at best for Makris, are put into false contexts. Maybe, she taped him, but selectively edited what was released about the conversations after she started talking about sex?
Settlement does not imply that a suit is based on a valid claim. BOR and Fox, like most parties to suits, have numerous reasons to settle that have little to do with the validity of the claim.
For one thing, Makris recounts conversation over a dinner with BOR and Makris’ college friend. Suppose that dinner was totally innocent, what will the college friend say? The college friend would almost certainly back Makris’ lies under this possible scenario.
If the college friend wasn’t willing to back Makris’ version, the story of that dinner would NOT even be in the complaint.
Now, if you were an innocent BOR and the plaintiff’s college friend is lined up to back her version, would you a) settle because there is no way to prove your innocence or b) endure years of litigation for an uncertain result with your life turned upside down?
Unfortunately, we can’t know for certain who is telling the truth as there is no stained dress here. It was just conversations with only biased witnesses (Plaintiff, her college friend on one night, and BOR) without any physical transaction.
As for a libel or other defamation claim against Starke, BOR has the same problem as in defending against the initial charges. How can you disprove the content of a conversation or series of conversations? You can’t and thus BOR could not prevail.
As a public figure pressing a libel complaint, BOR would have to prove that 1) he was not a pervert (i.e., the conversations never happened as claimed) and 2) Starke knew that BOR was not a pervert.
If Starke indeed went on BOR’s property, criminal and civil complaints for trespassing are possible. Such complaints are unlikely to yield significant money damages (civil) or any jail time (criminal), but might get BOR a court order to keep Starke from further harassing him.
I agree that Bill is a public figure, and asking him questions in his driveway, while tacky, isn’t out of bounds.
Sticking signs all over his neighborhood, especially the one that insinuates he is a child molester (can’t be trusted with your daughters) is wrong, and possibly, but probably not, actionable, since most of the signs seem to be technically accurate.
However, if any of the signs were IN a neighbor’s yard, I guess that neighbor could sue for trespass. And if the neighborhood has sign limits, he could be arrested for littering.
He has pulled several of my posts in the past. A real free speech kind of guy.
