Radicalized by the War on Terror

I have become increasingly radicalized in the War on Terror. I absolutely detest the animals and the twisted sick ideologies and theologies that seek to tear civilization to shreds and slaughter and murder with utter abandon. So when someone like Israel decides to punch back, or I hear of Canadians (can you believe it, Canadians?) giving it to the Taliban in Afghanistan, or of the US taking out a ruthless bastard like Zarqawi, I can't help but be the most enthusiastic of cheerleaders.

My friend DFV had his picture of a Bosnian boy killed by a Serb sniper during the Yugoslavian civil war that motivated and focused his anger and sense of outrage. I guess we all have similar experiences. One for me in regards to 9-11 was my oldest daughter (then four years old) a day or two after the attack stacking her blocks up and then slamming something into them. She looked up at me and said, "that's the plane slamming into those buildings". It was at that moment that I remember really realizing that all that had happened was 'real' but my utter hatred for bin Laden and all that had started this war was instantly kindled. I remember the change in me immediately as I realized who I blamed as I watched my daughter recreate a massacre of people, not because they had done anything wrong, or deserved to be killed, but just because they were Americans and worked in a landmark that helped define our nation.

The second is when I heard about a pregnant mother who, along with three or four of her children, was at home in one of the settlements in Israel spending a quiet night at home as usual. A Palestinian gunman evaded the security, broke into her house and proceeded to not only gun her down but to literally hunt down her children and slaughter them as they cowered in their beds. Not because they were a threat, or because of something they had done or might ever do, but just because of the nature of their birth and the fact they were a symbol of the state and nation of Israel. Nothing more. That crystallizes the sickness of the enemy that we, and they, face.

I used that story last night to help explain the nature of the enemy to my wife in this struggle. We were sitting watching TV and I described a scenario of a masked gunmen breaking in and executing us on the couch and then killing the children in their rooms. Just because we are Americans, or in the case of the Israelis, just because one was born a Jew. That is goal of those we fight, and they would be celebrated as martyrs and heroes for doing such a thing by the thousands and even by whole societies.

I can never do, or say, or write enough to encourage the destruction of such people. My outrage at them has no bounds and no limits.

I think I'll take a page from Roger Ebert and say "Two Thumbs Up!"

Except please take a moment to expand that rant to the media and pro-terrorist forces here. This is truly a clash between the evil and the noble, with the cowards standing in the middle, cheering on the evil because they're afraid of them, and kicking the noble because they know there will be no repercussions.

I have a T-shirt that says "INFIDEL" in red, white, and blue colors nice and boldly. I like to wear it frequently and I wish more Americans would openly taunt these beasts.

There is no War on Terror, anymore than WWII was a "War on Blitzkrieg". There is a War on Fundamentalist Islam. Note I didn't say "Radical Islam". The Jihadis are not radicals. They are not changing Islam from what it has historically been. They aren't "hijacking" anything. They are followers of the words and deeds of Mohamed, doing what Muslums have been doing for 1400 years. And we will never win until we get that straight.

I used to pray that God would help me not to hate Islam. Now I pray that God will help me be more proactive with my hate. We must discriminate. We must not tolerate. We must learn to hate. … Truly hate Islamic bastards. Love your enemy is all fine and good in a lovely, dovey theoretical sense. But, in the war for civilization it’s a noose around our pansy ass necks.

This is old:

From my file, "Fire & Blood & Iron:"

The entire West ( dare I say "the civilized World?" ) is locked in a fight to the death with militant Islam.

There will be no second-place winner, no "third way" solution-- it is March or Die time, folks.

It is Us versus an eighth-century "culture" of plunder & pillage, forced religious "conversions," and the mistreatment of women.

The sooner we face up to this fact realistically and quit dancing around PC talking-point nonsense about diversity and tolerance, the better off we'll all be.

We did not pick this fight- which really has roots in Jimmy Carter's appeasement in 1979 of militants- but we had damned well better see it for what it is, and be prepared to face it and finish it.

I'll put it in raw, personal terms-- I don't want Sharia law visited upon my women, and I don't want a goat-roper "culture" infesting my land.

I don't want their vile, nasty, loathsome weapons of mass destruction loosed upon my fair country, either.

They picked the fight, and now it is up to us to finish it- balls to the wall, hammer and anvil, fire and blood and iron... freedom is never, ever free, and the coin you pay it in is men's lives and tears and blood.

What we saw during Gulf War I was our military doctrine ( high tech ) versus Soviet doctrine ( throw a lot of low tech iron at the problem )-- and we all know how that turned out.

What we saw in the 3-Week War is Information-Tech,
( What some are calling it Hyperwarfare... )
or 21st Century warfare versus 20th Century...

What I would suggest, and call your attention to, is the fact that we, and Israel, are capable of waging 21st Century warfare, and the entire Arab world is not.

Proven fact, by recent events.

One more thing- this will be a war where we are all called to be warriors- so I suggest to you that the time has come to get hard, and stay hard... it really is the time for Fire and Blood and Iron...

Absolutely, utterly, unspeakably evil subhumans. I have never called them snakes and never will because they are far lower than snakes. When captured, they should be interrogated using whatever means are most likely to extract the most valuable information, killed, given pig s**t enemas, and buried with their shoes on, feet facing toward Mecca.
