Traditional Family Values Sentenced To Death: San Diego GOP Leaders Endorse Democratic Party Gay Activist David Rubin For Superior Court Judge

(JHR) A funny thing happened on the way to the webmaster for David Rubin's campaign to become the next Superior Court Judge representing San Diego County Seat 49 (http://www.rubinforjudge.com/index.html). Rubin, a liberal Democrat, left out any mention of his extensive history of gay activism on his campaign website. In fact, Rubin and his homosexual lover, Todd F. Stevens, have been two of the most aggressive supporters of the radical gay agenda in the history of San Diego's homosexual movement (http://www.jewishsightseeing.com/dhh_weblog/2006-blog/2006-03/2006-03-11-rubin_judicial_race.htm). Questions inside of local political circles are beginning to swirl, as to why this longtime, outspoken gay activist's campaign website is now mysteriously silent about Rubin's "gay pride" during his 2006 race to become a superior court judge.

David Rubin's homosexual lover is Todd F. Stevens, an attorney for boardmembers of the extremist homosexual group, the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation (SDHDF) (http://www.sdhdf.org/about/board.html). The SDHDF has an extensive history of financing major homosexual groups and organizations including the Gay and Lesbian Center (www.thecentersd.org), the Gay Men's Chorus of San Diego, and Walden Family Services, a leading advocate for promoting the placement of foster children in homosexual households (http://www.sdhdf.org/grantsapplicat/index.html). The SDHDF is the fund holder for monies distributed by the San Diego Gay Pride organization, a group that was involved in a major pedophile scandal in 2005.

Rubin and his gay partner have been longtime financial supporters of the Gay and Lesbian Center in Hillcrest (www.thecentersd.org/pdf/cp0204.pdf), (www.thecentersd.org/pdf/CenterPiece_Sept_04.pdf). Additionally, Rubin and his homosexual lover have been major sustaining members of the homosexual organization, the San Diego Democratic Club, a group that is politically doing everything possible to elect Democrats who will legalize gay marriage (www.sddemoclub.org/images/newsletters/P-Voice.May04.pdf).

Yet, the only traces of Rubin's leftist sexual agenda on his campaign website can be seen intermingled in his endorsement list (http://www.rubinforjudge.com/html/endorsements.html). Homosexual and lesbian activists like Republican District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, former Gay and Lesbian Center Boardmember Kevin Tilden, lesbian gay marriage advocate and ACLU attorney M.E. Stephens, and transvestite porn-promoter Nicole Murray Ramirez are listed among Rubin's endorsers. There is no surprise that this list of who's who in San Diego's gay community would be supporting a fellow homosexual activist like David Rubin. Afterall, David Rubin and Todd Stevens have been among the major donors to the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund (www.victoryfund.org/clientuploads/documents/Victory_2003_E-Resolution.pdf), a group devoted to the election of homosexual and lesbian candidates to public office.

Christian Conservatives and other GOP activists who review David Rubin's long history of gay activism will feel a deep sense of dread at the idea that this liberal Democrat could be elected to a Superior Court bench. Clearly, should a gay marriage case come before a Judge David Rubin, advocates of traditional family values would be dealt a death blow. However, there is an even more disturbing element to the Rubin campaign that will surely send shockwaves throughout the local GOP. It is a shockwave that will be devastating in its breadth and in its scope.

The Great GOP Betrayal

What do Republican Party San Diego County Supervisors Greg Cox, Dianne Jacob, Pam Slater and Ron Roberts have in common with Republican Sheriff Bill Kolender, lesbian Democratic State Senator Christine Kehoe and the radical socialist group La Raza Lawyers Association? They have all picked up political hammers to pound nails in the coffin of traditional family values by endorsing Democratic gay activist David Rubin for Superior Court Judge (http://www.rubinforjudge.com/html/endorsements.html). Thousands of San Diego Christian Conservatives and loyal GOP activists have voted to place Republicans like Greg Cox and Pam Slater into public office. Yet, behind closed doors, these GOP leaders have forged ahead in pursuing a destructive path of annihilating conservative values. The idea that Republican elected officials are now endorsing a Democrat who has a long history of dismantling conservative family values, is perhaps, the final straw that will brake San Diego's strained relationship between the GOP and Conservative Christians.

This incestuous relationship between local Republican elected officials Bonnie Dumanis, Bill Kolender, Diane Jacob, Greg Cox, Ron Roberts, Pam Slater and gay Democratic candidate David Rubin can best be summed up in the recent photograph displayed in the April 27, 2006 edition of the Gay and Lesbian Times (http://www.gaylesbiantimes.com/?id=7240&issue=957). Rubin can be seen with lesbian Councilwoman Toni Atkins and lesbian District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, along with Lynn Shenk, a liberal Democratic Party activist, all smiling like one big happy family. In the same Gay and Lesbian Times column that the photo appears, information is provided to the reader on the financial success of All Worlds Video, the leading gay porn company.

Rubin's opponent in the race to fill the Superior Court 49 Seat is Republican former District Attorney and Fox News Commentator Paul Pfingst. In 2002, Pfingst lost his bid to retain his seat as San Diego County District Attorney by 3,000 votes to lesbian activist Bonnie Dumanis. Like the District Attorney's race, all superior court judgeships are elected by a countywide vote.

Yet another example of how the GOP is leaving conservatives.

1. Who is Rubin running against for the judgeship?
2. Is the recent "Deke" Cunningham debacle impacting?
3. What kind of candidate(s) do the so-called Christian Conservatives back?

Rubin is running against Paul Pfingst a Republican former District Attorney who was defeated four years ago by lesbian activist Bonnie Dumanis. Dumanis is supporting her fellow homosexual activist Rubin. Dumanis is a Republican making her the highest ranking elected lesbian in the United States and Rubin is a Democrat. It demonstrates that these gay agenda advocates are not loyal to party, but to their promotion of sexual anarchy.
