Is he too stupid to actually do the minimal research it takes to find that 17 doctors have signed affadavits in support of their motion asking Judge Greer to let medical evaluations be performed on Terri in light of recent advances in medical technologies. Or maybe he knows, and is pulling a "Dan Rather"

Welcome to the MSM. The blogosphere has already documented dozens of cases of incompetence in the MSM and Acadamia by people you would think were capable of better.
I'm seriously thinking of getting a job at the New York Times - a la Ward Churchill: faked ancestry to get an AA quota along with plagarism to qualify.
Must admit I am still constantly amazed by the lack of professionalism from these bozos - you'd think their job required a college degree or something....

A random sampling of half a dozen or so of these doctors by running their name through Google reveal that they are only mentioned on the web in TS-related sites.

Terri's family said that she could be rehabilitated. If that is the case why haven't they done so before now? It's been 15 years! Why have they waited so long! Her family also says that she can communicate with them. If this is true why haven't doctors agreed with this and came forward?
I think Mr. Jennings is versatile enough to be both.
Um, because the husband wont let them.
He got nearly $1 million dollars and promised to use the money for her rehabilitation but almost immediately started to have her killed.
Doctors have said she could improve with therapy too.
But the husband has full control. He and the judge Greer have some sick fascination with making a woman suffer.
Yar, some Canadians are okay and freepers so defiantly don't go there. Unless you're making a South Park movie and can be reasonable funny.
This guy can't be all about the money. In an interview the other day he said that people have offered him millions just to give up his claim to her. He said someone offered a million dollars, and that another person offered $10 million. He hasn't taken the money because he said Terri wouldn't want to live like this.
Peter Lemmings, just like Dan Blather is a lying moron, or perhaps a moronic liar.
Then let him give every penny back he won in that law suit. Every penny.
And let him publicly say he lied to the court when he said he would stand by her until her natural death.
He's a liar. A con man.
It's been 15 years, why not let the parents try it their way for five or ten? What's the hurry now? What joy is there in slowly starving a poor helpless woman to death?
