I suspect this wasn’t an accident. These people are exhibitionists who get a kick out of doing such things. The more conservatives and children viewing, the better. I believe they plan such stuff and do it deliberately. Any true professional sets up their online video meetings in advance to be in an appropriate setting and insure there will be no interruptions.
Yes. Small children sometimes forget their parents instructions to stay out of the room while Mom or Dad are in this meeting, but adults are well aware when their partner is in a on-line business meeting and find something to do elsewhere so as to not interrupt.
