predictable when you elect those that are bent on undermining/destroying the Constitution

They sorta describe a cliven bundy type event, the US credit rating being lowered, and people being betrayed by their political leaders....
Those things kinda jumped out at me...
They did get the tax rate thing wrong but that is only because they didn’t guess that we would keep borrowing...
By rental property and pay cash for it. Its great income, rent never goes down.... even in a depressed market. And you have a real asset. Don't borrow to buy it. If you don't have cash to buy a rent house, then you don't have much to lose so don't worry about it.

right. no one considered just printing the money and the buy/sell-at-a-loss cycle the fed has been doing with gold
