What an exceptional link today, ACe! And on a Sunday no less!I don't think its fair to the Geritol set to ask them to relive all those long suppressed memories, do you? And in Grannie's case, the title should be changed to "My First 300" ;-)

Morning Kathleen... If this daughter of mine stays here every weekend, I'm going to need therapy.. I wonder if it will be joining my local AA chapter, or invasive therapy of some type..? People can get very hateful when someone beats them twice in a row at cards..

I really should be hiding in my closet today, but that girl is pushing me to go the movies and see Mel Gibson in Signs.. I would like to go to the country areas and take some pics.. So far, it's a standoff..

Ah, suck it up! No one forced you to drink all that vodka, or cheat at cards, or burn the steak. You blame everyone else, take some responsibility for once!!
To: grannie9
Go watch Mel. If the movie is boring you can sleep it off, as long as you don't snore and bother anyone sitting around you. :)

These are from test papers and essays submitted to science and health teachers by junior high, high school, and college students around the world. It is truly astonishing what weird science our young scholars can create under the pressures of time and grades.
"When you breath, you inspire. When you do not breath, you expire."
"H2O is hot water, and CO2 is cold water"
"Artificial insemination is when the farmer does it to the cow instead of the bull."
"The body consists of three parts- the brainium, the borax and the abominable cavity. The brainium contains the brain, the borax contains the heart and lungs, and the abominable cavity contains the bowls, of which there are five - a, e, i, o, and u."
"The skeleton is what is left after the insides have been taken out and the outsides have been taken off. The purpose of the skeleton is something to hitch meat to."
"A fossil is an extinct animal. The older it is, the more extinct it is."
"Equator: A managerie lion running around the Earth through Africa."
"Germinate: To become a naturalized German."
"Rhubarb: A kind of celery gone bloodshot."
"Vacuum: A large, empty space where the pope lives."
