I suspect the CIA had a lot to do with this attack. The support for Ukraine has been waning over the past few months. They want the Russians to blame the attack on Ukraine and retaliate. Then they can ask for even more funding for Ukraine. The “powers that be” want a full scale world war III and they aren’t going to rest until they get it. A war would take a lot of attention away from the economy (that is a disaster in spite of what the media tells us).
A poster at that link claims a shooter has been arrested, but I’m not seeing any confirmation.
No doubt there will be a lot of fog of war reports for a while.
