Yes, we all know Biden declared a "Mandate" - just as he dictated 42 Executive Orders his first two weeks in offices.
With all of his mainstream press corpse creating the "fear", has any actually published the OSHA Code and Paragraph that allows an employer to mandate off-jobsite health practices that Biden is using? Has OSHA actually written their "Law" yet? Or is it merely another overreach - like the CDC "rule" that prohibited renters from being released for not paying their rent?
I was a newlywed when I moved to the UK. Was asked if I was planning to get pregnant in the job interview....even tho there was a law against that. Didn’t matter.
Can an employer ask existing or newly hired employees for their personal medical vaccination records to see/ensure that they are up to date with ALL their shots?
Forcing anyone to prove they’ve been vaxxed by showing a certificate or any other method is a violation of their privacy and HIPAA
There have been no EOs issued for private businesses with 100 employees or more.
Kinda problematic when the same gov’t entity compelling employees to get vaccinated also states plainly they are not interested in reports of employees suffering adverse effects from that vaccine.
We know it is not constitutional. Fedgov has no police authority within the States in the area of health. On the flip side, we have 9th amendment rights. Whether the Courts agree is irrelevant. Our basic rights come from God, not from Courts. The corporate mandates are nothing more than federal mandates. Private corporations may no more force the clot shots, than make us pray to Molech or force us to allow the boss a night with our preteen daughter. Corporations which have accepted any kind of federal funding or loans or credit are further obligated to apply the Constitution.
Like in any good fascist authoritarian regime...
It certainly isn't a violation of HIPAA. Not sure what privacy protections you're referring to.

However, I suspect there are hundreds, if not thousands, of objections sitting on lawyer’s desks, waiting to be fleshed out when the final ruling is released.
This fight will be dammed interesting. Of course I hope the entire thing gets tossed in file 13.

No there is not. There is one EO 14042 that covers Federal emp!oyees.
There are two. EO 14042 covers Federal contractors. EO 14043 covers federal employees.
