Anyone know if I.D. is required to get Covid vaccinated? Asking for a friend.

My wife and I had to show ID in Michigan when we got our vaccinations. We also had to reserve an appointment via a web site, which also required an email address.

All medical offices now require ID.
Probably was in Obamacare that we weren’t allowed to know what was in it until they passed it.

Yes, photo ID...at least at the large health care network in southern PA.
But they’ve been requiring that for office visits, ER, lab work, etc for years.

Yes, it is required.But what about all the poor downtrodden minorities that are going to be denied the benefit of the vaccine because they have no way to get an ID for the shot or voting? Will they be disenfranchised just because they cannot get an ID? /S

just tell them you are 12 years-old and don’t have an ID.
