Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Several governments and private sector actors, through private contractors, created a stealth shadow network over TOR for the purposes of hacking jury selection systems.
Bad actors would use profiles created by social media networks (such as Facebook, Twitter and Google) for everyone in a given region and they would “select” the jurors for a given case based on the outcome they wanted.
Because the shadow network ran over TOR, it was near impossible to detect unless you were in the network.
For instance, let’s say Michael Flynn’s case went to trial, the shadow network team would compile profiles for everyone in the court’s district, and then hack jury selection system and “choose” those citizens who were hostile to Trump/Flynn based on their profile, and they would be selected for jury duty. This would guarantee that anti-Trump jurors would be selected during the jury selection process, giving the deep state a guilty verdict.
Could this be the “insurance policy”?
This could also be used to make sure that Hillary was never convicted by a jury.
This is next level evil tyranny, and if true hang them high.

The crooks have fed us this was a counterintelligence investigation. Instead the clinesmith court filings show it was a FARA investgation. Which means they should have gone to a different court for a warrant.
