Lowest number of Monday deaths since March, but the media has now changed the narrative again to cases, not deaths. The media is evil.
And those are Monday figures which are usually inflated by cases not counted over the weekend

Last Monday had a dozen fewer deaths. So it’s the lowest number of Monday deaths for July so far. LOL
Interesting that the number of people in the USA with Covid-19 increased in the last month 61% but the death rate only increases 25%. Must be the usage of Hydroxychloroquine to treat those with Covid-19. I mean how else could someone explain the drastic change.......
Monday is almost always the second lowest death count for the week.
Tuesdays are when the numbers from the weekend usually show up.
Down hard for two days, then a partial retrace. Trend reversal won’t happen. New cases likely peaked last Friday.

Total deaths may have gone up, but that’s not a death rate.
Correct. The total deaths will contnue to increase but the number per day is at a low point. A better number is the nymber of deaths per week which is about 3,300. To put this is perspective in a normal week with no “pandemic” 56,000 people die and most are in the target age group hit by this virus, so we really don’t know what the abnormal death toll is right now. We won’t until this thing runs its course.
The other number that should shame people like Cuomo and Murphy, who are busy blaming travelers from the south for cases in their states, and the threat to keep lockdown rules in place, is the deaths per million. Both NY and NJ have deaths per million over double the numbers in Europe, and 4X the numbers in the released states.. What have their lockdowns accomplished besides putting a lot of small businesses out of business.
Seems to me that the virus weakened since the height of pandemic ended in NYC.
Docs and nurses have gone down a steep learning curve from back in March and April—they now have many tools in the toolkit to treat the disease.
