I am tired of buying store-bought products that do more harm than good.
I am curious if fellow FReepers were using baking soda and Epson Salt on a regular basis and if so what is your favorite tip.
Perhaps you have another 'Secret' product that you use.

I add a couple drops of Dawn to a gallon of Roundup weed killer. Plants absorbed it more readily and kills weeds faster.

The best facial and skin scrub is moistened skin with water and use baking soda baking soda does not scratch or cut the skin like the expensive scrubs that you can buy that are Beauty scrubs or skin scrubs especially good for the face and neck.
When my garbage disposal gets clogged up even a little bit I pour in baking soda about a cup and then slowly pour in about a cup of vinegar cover that disposal wait a few minutes and then add boiling water about 5 cups of boiling water clears at right up.
I use that in any clogged sink
So far the best way I kill ants in the grass I pour baking soda over the hive and then pour in vinegar that way if the dog gets near it there’s no problem sometimes I pour bleach on the ant hives that works too

I use the powdered version for my stainless steel pans.
Keep them new looking. If you have scotched marks on the sides and bottom then use oven cleaner and leave on for about 30 minutes. Brand new looking afterward.

You could start taking a quarter teaspoon of turmeric everyday (in coffee, etc.) - this will help with internal inflammation reduction and prevention of Alzheimer's.
Topically, turmeric can be applied to cuts and bruises to heal them.
Capsaicin can be ingested everyday (a pinch) to prevent ulcers. Ginger is for improving immune response and regulating digestive juices.

I recently read a book about baking soda - my grandmother used to give us a little in a glass of water when our stomachs were upset. I discovered that one-half to one teaspoon in water makes you feel much better whenever you are under the weather - headache, cold coming on, hangover, whatever.
It is great for your kidneys.

Baking soda is a perfect toothpaste.
Salt and lemon juice cleans cutting boards.
Ac Vinegar is great for a million things: a few drops in your nasal irrigation bottle, diluted on skin when you might risk infection (if skin is open you can use to get rid of potential staph but it will sting for a sec), can Pour into clogged toilet and wait to not need plunging, etc.
Pure, edible coconut oil in solid form is excellent as a light moisturizer. Also excellent on toilet paper for extreme cleanliness.
