President Donald Trump, in his war with the generals, should call on feisty Harry S. Truman for reinforcement.
It was President Truman who famously fired highly decorated World War II Gen. Douglas MacArthur during the Korean War. Truman took a lot of heat for it, but he stuck to his guns.
He was, after all, the commander in chief and he believed that MacArthur wanted to start a war with China. So, he fired him.

I am a vet, and I continue to wonder why these career military guys hate Trump so much...who is so TOTALLY PRO-MILITARY. WHY? Just being a RAT is not enough. Makes no sense. But, I know, the RATS make no sense. Logic is absent in their mindset.
Very similar to the Muslims. They hate and destoy, THEN they figure out a reason to do it. Insane.

These military officers posing such verbal opposition to our President are mostly if not all the ones that passed the Obama tests early on in the Obama regime. They are the ones that Obama could count on to say yes to him no matter what. Those that stood by the Constitution, the UCMJ were fired by Obama.
I believe too many of the higher ranking military officers today are still the milquetoast from the Obama era. This does not mean all of them by any means, but too many of them.

Retired general officers become part of the Deep State. The Deep State aligns itself with either political party as long as it benefits the Deep State. This is why they are going after Trump. The Deep State has aligned itself with the left. With 43, they aligned themselves with the Republicans.
During 8 years of Obama all the loyal leadership was purged.

I honestly thin kthat that is all it is- There is a spiritual side to this vitriol and hatred- the left- many anyways, are given over to sin- They may not think they are, but they support sinful agendas and ideology, and have hardened their hearts against God- they want God on Their terms- not on His- They want their sinful agenda and the benefits of being ‘religious’- God warns about these types of faux Christians all the time in His word-
In reality- they Serve the Evil One- either overtly, or without realizing it- and this hatred for truth, morality, decency is what drives them- as it does their father- the Father of Lies-
The bible states it- their hearts are desperately wicked- they hate the light (Morality, decency, truth, [just look at how the left are perverting the truth- perverting even scientific facts] common sense even), and are predators of the night-
There is a spiritual warfare going on- and basically it comes down to ‘right vs left’ (that’s not to say there aren’t decent people on the left- or all people on right are decent folks- but it’s generally the case that people on left have hardened their hearts against God- even while claiming to be His children- their actions betray their claims however)
Just look around the world- and look at all the unreasonable hatred of Donald Trump or any conservative President for that matter- The Evil Is strong worldwide even- They hate truth, decency, morality, etc- all things that the right stands for for the most part-
It’s like Kapernick. Contributing nothing but the press runs with them.
Yep- He ‘aint all that’ skill-wise- but the msm are treating him as though he was the greatest thing to grace football ever-

Here’s my theory:
All these over the hill Generals are supposed be the “tough, rough and intimidating” guys.
Along comes President Trump and he outclasses all of them because he is a strong.
THAT WILL NOT DO...WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE TOUGH GUYS. PERIOD.
Trump went to the Pentagon and sat around a conference table with the top brass. They tried to explain to him why things are the way they are in the world. He lit them up for accepting mediocrity and the status quo. Their bottoms are still hurting.
All my life I’ve understood that the military is strong and loyal.
Then all of a sudden they pop up everywhere taking jabs at the Commander in Chief.
What happened to this country?
The Truman analogy is a bit strained here. Truman had a problem with 1 general — MacArthur. Trump may have a brewing rebellion among the senior officers and the recently retired (but still influential). The best Trump could do would be to pick one, fire him, threaten courts-martial and maybe the rest fall into line. But I doubt it. Too direct. Trump probably has to go the “loss of confidence” route and emulate Barack Obama. Clean house that way without admitting that it’s what you intend. Hint darkly at each officer’s corruption or moral weakness.
