The George Floyd - Minneapolis video. Analysis and comments
Anybody can say anything about anything.
This this lawyer says the cop is guilty of murder.
No cause of death has been determined conclusively yet.
The toxicology reports are not done.
Some lawyers want to deal in facts. Others, like this guy, seem to rely on hunches and guesses.
Come on, juries have to presume people innocent until proven guilty but we don’t. You think he just happened to pass out drunk while a cop was leaning on his windpipe? I’m sure you presume OJ is innocent, right?
“He calls it murder.”
I watched the video once in its entirety. I do not remember seeing the lawyer call it murder.
Also, I would like to have seem him address the issues raised by the summary of the autopsy.
Let's further say there are obvious indications of advanced heart disease.
My all accounts Floyd was still able to speak. If it isn't murder, then what? Manslaughter? No crime at all??
Very good analysis of what and how George Floyd’s body reacted to the type of restraint being used AND the officer’s on going responsibility once he was unconscious.
In the comments he posts the UoF in effect. Nothing in that document justifies what we saw in the video.
Virtue signaling for personal gain. His business is representing cops in lawsuits. He jumps in on the wave out there now, then later he gets to look “reasonable” when he defends other cases.
He’s a lawyer, his lips are moving.
“The toxicology reports are not done.”
Will they release the toxicology reports on the cops involved?
“My all accounts Floyd was still able to speak.”
He went lifeless and emptied his bladder and cops had no concern, keeping pressure on his neck.
“You think he just happened to pass out drunk while a cop was leaning on his windpipe?”
This is the first I’ve heard the windpipe was obstructed by the officer.
Is this something you read in the summary of the autopsy?
The reason I ask: it sounds like something CNN made up.
“My all accounts Floyd was still able to speak. If it isn’t murder, then what? Manslaughter? No crime at all??”
If the act of the cop did not kill him, then no crime. If their acts contributed, it is some lesser charge. If they cop deliberately or utterly recklessly killed him, it will be a form of murder.
“Very interesting. This is a guy who defends police. He calls it murder. “
No.
“Others, like this guy, seem to rely on hunches and guesses.”
Cite a guess or a hunch! Did you watch the video?
Just because some one dies in police custody does not mean they murdered him.
So far the evidence shows that there was no physical damage to his throat arties or neck.

Very professional presentation. What is your problem with it?
when you continue to put your full weight on your knee at the guys neck for almost 3 minutes after he is non responsive... what do you call it.
