Some lawyers want to deal in facts. Others, like this guy, seem to rely on hunches and guesses.

Come on, juries have to presume people innocent until proven guilty but we don’t. You think he just happened to pass out drunk while a cop was leaning on his windpipe? I’m sure you presume OJ is innocent, right?

Let's further say there are obvious indications of advanced heart disease.

My all accounts Floyd was still able to speak. If it isn't murder, then what? Manslaughter? No crime at all??

1. The cops held him down after he said he would get in van.
2. They kept applying force after he was unconcious.
3. A woman claiming to be a firefighter points out he is not responsive.
4. When they finally checked and did not find a pulse.
5. They waited two minutes before calling 911.
6. They did not peform any first aid after he was unconcious.

What are the "facts" versus the "hunches and guesses" here?
