Just because some one dies in police custody does not mean they murdered him.
So far the evidence shows that there was no physical damage to his throat arties or neck.
Are you that entrenched in ideology that you cannot even entertain the thought that MAYBE this ONE cop was a bad cop?

They did in this case. Once the man in custody was not resisting or threatening to resist, the cops had a sworn duty to cease the use of force and render aid. The dying man verbally agreed that he would comply with their orders and he was clearly in medical distress. In this case, the cops willfully disregard the safety of the man in their custody.
5-303.01 DUTY TO INTERVENEIt shall be the duty of every sworn employee present at any scene
where physical force is being applied to either stop or attempt to
stop another sworn employee when force is being inappropriately applied

Furthermore, every cop knows that irreversible brain damage/death occurs within 3-5 minutes after breathing/circulation stops.
