Your estimates do not allow for the 50% asymptomatic. If half the US catches CV19, and half of those don't know it because they have no symptoms, and 1% of those who know or think they have it die, that's 825,000 deaths.

I am one of the original Fearbros. I may be the biggest Fearbro of all time. FearPer, whatever. Yes, I am skerred. No, I do not want this. More importantly I don’t want my mom to get it, and I don”t want to be the one that gives it to her. How in the heck could I live with that?
I don’t have radio channel, a tv channel, or CB or even a walkie talkie to hype my fear to others. I’ve posted about here several times though, it helps to be able to express it in words for some reason.
The Flubros seem to think that such posts being made here are driving what’s happening to them, and view us as their antagonists. They don’t seem to respect my 1st Amendment right at all.
This is one of the reasons that I think they are insane, possibly even dangerously so. These are not rational people.

New statement from the Ministry of Health: Brazil has 17,857 confirmed cases of coronavirus with 941 deaths. It is an increase of 12% in relation to confirmed cases and 141 deaths in the last 24 hours.
State of São Paulo has 7,480 cases with 496 deaths.
