Meet Charlie. His back legs were paralyzed due to abuse, and with his foster mom and hard work/daily physical therapy, he was able to regain their use again.

Social distancing should include removing sub-humans from general population that abuse these little ones.
I have a 9 year old cat named Bobby Sue who we got after a mailman saw her being slammed against a power pole as a 8-10 week old kitten. The mailman picked her up and took her into my wife’s office to see if he could get someone to help her as he had to get back to his route. My wife took her immediately to the vet as she had severe head trauma.
After she brought her home I would hold her hours on end. Today she is just the sweetest baby, but she has never been able to purr, so we nicked named her silent Bob.

These videos are hard to watch despite the positive outcomes......There's many more out there with even worse conditions of the kitties that I can't bring myself to watch.
I only wish I could encounter the humans who may have caused the horrendous injuries that these videos show.......

It said earlier on, it was a young kid who threw the tiny kitten to/on the wall, broke Charlie’s spine and thus paralyzed him.
You assume the child was too young and he/she didn’t know better.
