Williams College suspended a male student based on his failure to pursue a relationship with a female student after kissing and touching her, according to a lawsuit against the private school.
Both the unnamed Hispanic student John Doe and his accuser Sally Smith are foreign students. She accused him of sexual misconduct not because he acted without her consent, John claims, but because he was culturally insensitive after their amorous encounters.
Adjudicators misrepresented the evidence in the record, ignored Sallys messages to John expressing positive feelings about their first amorous encounter, and didnt even correctly apply the preponderance of evidence standard, the suit alleges.

Shouldn't that be Juan Doe?
You WILL DATE ME!
Ping.
Pretty soon you are going to have to lawyer up and get contracts signed to go out for coffee.
Wait for it....trannys will start suing straight men for turning them down before this is over.
Gee! I would have been kicked out of lots of colleges!
My nephew graduated from Williams........For what my sister and brother-in-law paid for his tuition, the school should have handed my nephew a Lamborghini instead of a paper diploma
A classic yes, but will you still love me in the morning prosecution. Most of the college male population would be kicked out of school for this age old “crime”. Raises being horny to the level of a felony.
Colleges are a lost cost.

Some cultures have a sort of “you break you buy” policy which is enforced with parental discretion. When that is present, people are a little bit more discerning about getting into a situation where something might be broken. What discerning means will vary from person to person.
The shotgun may either be used to enforce marriage or to ensure that further contact ceases at the user’s discretion.
Somewhat patriarchal, but who am I to judge.
Just think... now you could just sue someone to get a date.
I cant believe what I am reading. I guess there are a few guys I could have sued who dumped me during my lifetime.
Memo to Sally: Don’t let strange guys kiss and fondle you.
Several days later, John asked Sally why her friends were treating him strangely. She told him he had emotionally manipulat[ed] her, tak[en] advantage of [her] lack of knowledge of American cultural norms and disrespect[ed] her own cultural norms.
But what panicked John was when Sally allegedly said she had lots of people ready to hurt him.

I would have been kicked out of elementary school.

So why is Williams College getting involved?

Ding, ding, ding... we have a winner!
Well touch me in the morning and then just walk away!
This reads like the guy isn’t allowed to say “No”.
