Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

There is a lot of anger against the Chinese government here in Asia for their coverup and slow response...including anger by citizens In China. So they are trying to deflect blame.
As for Gates and the Coronavirus simulation...they do similar simulations every 2 it 3 years. The main sponsor is Johns Hopkins. It is to like the disaster drills we have in hospitals...to find potential weaknesses in the emergency response system.
The did one for smallpox in 2000 and so after 91 our clinic already had instructions what to do if SadamHussein released smallpox. And they have had several more simulations on disease outbreaks since then, including one on influenza and another one on corona viruses...not just SARS but also MERS in the middle east have killed people.
Wuhan virus is not a very good biological weapon because the death rate is low, and mainly in the old and sick. It is suspected that most cases never get sick enough to be diagnosed, and a shortage of lab tests, and the fact the lab test might not turn positive early in the disease, makes the actual case numbers inaccurate.
Finally, did you know that China has stopped US scientist from attending conferences on the disease, and refuses to let them check on the biology lab in Wuhan?
Since the US has the best scientists, this sounds like an attempt to cover up something. Maybe because the reports it was an accidental release originated in India and Israel, both of which worry about Islamic terrorist using bioweapons so have experts in this area.

I think the Chinese stole the stuff, either from North Carolina or Canada, and their usual quality control genius kicked in.

What concerns me is if China, to give the lie to “the US did it” announced a counterstrike with a virus tailored to unique genetic weaknesses of Caucasians.

What did you think of the earlier CDC news conference of SEVERAL days ago? The woman in charge of Allergies & Respiratory stuff, looked good and rattled; either like she’d tried to blame Trump and had her ass handed to her, or that she was facing a real pandemic and didn’t have the guts to deal with it. (I’ve read posts saying that an unnamed Labor Dept. official was caught saying under his breath, that there are already thousands of DEATHS in China.)
No poll over estimates Trump. They are either sort of accurate (slightly under) or very under. In short, Trump has a lot of support among blacks.
