And I just checked the gov site that lists all bills and their progress and unless they update infrequently, POTUS has not signed it yet. I keep checking the White House and POTUS and DJT twitters and nothing about signing it. Normally everything he signs is posted on those sites or at least one or two of them.

$1.375 billion under the funding bill,
$600 million from Treasury forfeiture fund (authority under 31 U.S.C. 9705),
$2.5 billion from military construction budget (re drug interdiction, authority under 10 U.S.C. 284)
for a total of $4.475 billion, again WITHOUT National Emergency. The National Emergency is needed to free up an additional $3.6 billion under 10 U.S.C. 2808.
Additional funds may be available under Hussein’s EXISTING national emergency declaration re the cartels.
The wall is getting built, and it is more important than almost anything else, if we are to believe Q … and I do.
