So, look at the picture of RBG, look at what the arrow is pointing to, on her neck.

Beyond that she looks very very ill, I don't wish her Ill I just think she should be taking it easy at a nursing home or something.

She’s just probably upset that now the lefties are probably going to shift their attention back to her. It must be creepy to get all sorts of adulation and attention from people you know very well can turn on a whim and start screeching a sewer full of abuse at you.

Hopefully it’s a flesh-tone back brace that extends to her neck. Otherwise she has a huge problem...that area of the neck.

She looked her normal self. I even saw her move her hands a couple of times. Apparently excited by the event.

No one beats pancreatic cancer.

I just lost a close friend to pancreatic cancer. My understanding is that there is a form of PC that has a reasonable survival rate, but that form is much less common. For the most common forms, the survival rate is essentially zero.

Yeah, I’ve never met anyone who beat it. I don’t know the official explanation as to why they caught it with Ginsberg. If that’s true then they are sure watching it close, right?

Still on the court, but it would seem on an unannounced extended period of secluded leave. What would the congress do in such a situation?

Kind of like what happened to Ariel Sharon.

Jimmy Carter had pancreatic cancer I believe and he survived if they catch it early enough it is survivable but catching it early doesn’t happen very often unfortunately!!!!

I imagine she is under tremendous pressure to not retire. Under other circumstances I bet she would love to step back and enjoy some personal time.

Although pancreatic cancer is often detected at the later stages when symptoms occur, it still can be detected before that by chance like via CT scan. Usually, if caught when in later stages, there is only a 2% chance survival in 5 years. The chances of survival do go up quite a bit if caught like at stage zero (superficial) to say 24%, its still quite dismal. Why? Because these cells a quite robust and even if you resected the cancer cells at the beginning, there is still a very high chance it will return. Once it makes its reoccurrence it mutates fast to where they can easily get into the blood stream.

If she is a pancreatic cancer survivor it is due to her getting platinum medical care as a member of the Supreme Court. Given the commierats notion to use hyperbole she could have had a non-cancerous growth but to show she was “super” human they invented a theory that she survived one of the deadliest cancers, i.e. pancreatic cancer. It is possible she caught it early enough and survived, but....

Trust me the Democrats would wheel her into the Supreme Court chambers in an iron lung to keep her going until after the November elections. If the GOP holds the Senate, Ginsberg will have to hold on for at least another year to invoke the no nomination in a presidential election year rule. She is not well and depending on the election outcome her deteriorating condition will be a campaign issue. Consider if the GOP continues to hold a slim majority in the Senate after the November elections and Ginsberg were to die in 2019, all hell would break loose regardless of who Trump might nominate

That was my understanding too—if they catch it, it is almost a miracle.
