Don’t worry, libs, the Stupid party will leave any SCOTUS vacancy open throughout all of 2020. It’s what they do.
Well, Scalia died in early 2016 and the Repubs refused to seat a SC justice until the presidential elections were over. The Rats didn’t fight it because they were sure Hillary would win. If Ginsberg holds out until 2020, the Rats will fight tooth and nail to prevent Trump from filling the vacancy.
If she dies after 2019 or steps down, it would be fine to wait for Trump to be reelected to put in a new nominee.
