It would be pretty sweet for the PTB to be able to arrange things so that the DoJ not only got the "behavioral health" machine to ID/groom the crazies, but it would also set up public schools and other government entities to ensure the crazies can be utilized on demand.

I contend that they use multiple approaches. Yours is likely one of them.
But the one I now believe is most used is that most of the killing is done by a trained team (kind of a SWAT type assassination team) and the person groomed by the therapist is just there to take the blame.
Once the designated patsy is arrested - voila! - no need to search for the SWAT team. Because who would suspect such a thing? We all “know” that these shootings are done by crazy people, right?
One small bit of behavioral “evidence” is this: Have you noticed that in the cases where the “perp” is taken alive he always seems bewildered and disoriented? Doesn’t it seem odd that someone would be an efficient killer executing a well-planned attack one moment and then suddenly turn into a confused person who is dazed and bewildered?
I just went from 80% Q believer to 30%, maybe less.

The most striking aspect of the trolling was that there was absolutely no substance to it whatsoever. There were no facts presented.
She said over and over was that Q is a hoax. No evidence no proof. And she spent the rest of her time name-calling.
I think a great way to respond to trolls (if we choose to engage them at all) is to analyze their approach and then dissect it and explain it back to them and everyone else on the thread. In order to do this, you have to let them post a bit in order to see their pattern/M.O.
If you calmly analyze and explain their method, it kind of pops their bubble.
The troll in question has no substance, just “indignant” emotion and a sense of entitlement. Basically, a bully.

Downloading the attachment will reveal a reception at Tijuana Picnic, an upscale Mexican bar in the Upper East Side. But download the source code of the email. You will notice there are now two invitations, the second one being at the home of Lynn Forester de Rothschild.
The invitation is not actually available in the email, meaning that it can’t be seen by public eyes, and was likely meant to be hidden from Podesta’s staffers. It really puts Lynn Forester de Rothschild’s recent tweet in a new light.
Alefantis was actually in the New York City area at around the same time, at a gay art retreat on Fire Island known as Fire Island PinesJPG. While it doesn’t prove Alefantis was there, it would make sense that he would at least show support for his boyfriend as he releases his new book.
But it gets weirder. Tijuana Picnic has hosted parties with familiar faces mentioned in the Pizza investigation, including Walis Ahluwalia. Dan Neidich, who hosted the first reception, is on the board of directors of The Child Mind Institute and MoMA. You can connect the dots if you like. Also pictured is Lucali Pizza owner Mark Iacono, whose pizza place became extra popular after Jay-Z called it his favorite in Brooklyn.

Regardless of whether Alefantis was there or not, it confirms the link between (1) Podesta, Brock (2) Suspect Pizzerias and (3) The Rothschilds.

So there I was last night relaxing watching boob tube after a long week at work and enjoying my favorite adult beverage when a commercial comes on the TV. And get this. I found that odd too about not finding a list of names of survivors as well as a list in one place of the fatalities. That is why I included links to the stories by Langford, thinking that his work might name them if they could be obtained.
I did run across this name of one who lost his life, Rick Marcellus. Last night, I did not notice that there was a “read more” button, so this morning I did find that this story produced the names of the others who were lost:

Christopher B. Sheldon’s Ocean Academy of Darien, Connecticut, acquired the brigantine Albatross in 1959. The ship was used for student education and combined preparatory college classes, with sailing technique and training. For three years, Christopher Sheldon Ph.D., and his wife, Alice Strahan Sheldon M.D., oversaw programs aboard the vessel for up to 14 students, while sailing the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific Ocean.
Beginning in the fall of 1960, the Sheldons, two other instructors, a cook, and 13 students, including Rick Marcellus, sailed the Albatross from the Bahamas through the Caribbean to the Galapagos Islands and back to the Caribbean. A fourteenth student aboard for the initial part of the voyage left the ship in Balboa, Panama. The schooner was en route from Progreso, Mexico, to Nassau, the Bahamas, when on May 1st, skipper Sheldon decided to make a stop at one of the Florida Keys to refuel.
While in the Gulf of Mexico about 125 miles west of the Dry Tortugas, the Albatross was struck by a sudden squall. The squall hit shortly after 8:30 am on May 2, 1961, causing the ship to keel over very suddenly. The Albatross sank almost instantly, taking with her Alice Sheldon; the ship’s cook, George Ptacnik; and four students, Chris Coristine, John Goodlett, Rick Marsellus, and Robin Wetherill. There had not been enough time to send a distress signal before the Albatross was lost, so the remaining crew used two lifeboats to make their way. The lifeboats were found by the Dutch freighter, “Gran Rio”, about 7:30 am on May 3rd. and the survivors taken to Tampa, Florida.
According to Christopher Sheldon, the Albatross was hit by a white squall, a very unpredictable, strong, and sudden squall. He believed the ship was stable and the crew of teenagers, who had spent eight months on board, sufficiently trained. The skipper claimed the rare phenomenon left the vessel with no chance of survival. Critics argued that refitting of the vessel over the years by previous owners had made her top heavy, which impacted her ability to remain stable or recover from tilting to the side, as opposed to capsizing.
In 1966 a film directed by Ridley Scott, entitled “While Squall”, depicted the fate of the Albatross and her crew. Academy Award winning actor, Jeff Bridges, portrayed Skipper Christopher Sheldon.
