No, no current examples of civilian prosecution in military courts. The last successful prosecutions were during the civil war.

So, after Milligan, as long as the civil courts were available, civilians have not been tried in military courts. During WWII, some Germans were tried...but they were classified as enemy combatants.
All the Gitmo folks are being treated as enemy combatants.
I know in Q-ville we don’t diss the military. However, we must keep our minds open to the fact that there may have been some military dudes involved in Obambi’s machinations. But i doubt it.

I DID forget the cloud! But I have had the faith that NSA “has it all.” I agree. I think it is pretty clear Awan grabbed what wasn’t nailed down,,,, and very little was!
imho That [u]assummption[/u] MAY be accurate and it may be inaccurate. Lots of factors influence what the anons focus on. Their personal biases would also play a part.
I agree that as a whole group, they can be quite good at ferreting out obscure information. But they are not flawless in such regards.
I'd feel a LOT more comfortable if SEVERAL EXPERTS in such symbols cited their own extensive research and weighed in on what it has meant, means and might mean.
