Special Counsel Robert Mueller delayed sentencing of General Michael Flynn for the third time Friday.
Via Fox News reporter, Brooke Singman: #BREAKING: #SpecialCounsel #Mueller team delays sentencing of former NatSec adviser #MichaelFlynn this is the THIRD time #specialcounsel has delayed Flynns sentencing due to the status of investigation. Special Counsel will file another joint-status report by Aug. 24
As previously reported, on May 1st, Dirty Cop Robert Mueller requested that sentencing of Michael Flynn be delayed for two months.
The Hill reported:
Special Counsel Robert Mueller on Tuesday requested that sentencing for former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn be delayed by at least two months.
Muellers team and attorneys for Flynn submitted that Flynn is not ready for sentencing due to the status of the special counsels investigation, according to a court filing in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.
In February 2018 Republican lawmakers told reporter Byron York that James Comey told lawmakers General Michael Flynn did not lie under oath when he was interviewed by the FBI in January 2017.
Deep state operatives Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok blindsided Flynn on January 24, 2017, with an unannounced questioning of Trump official. Typically, a lawyer for the National Security Council would be informed of such a meeting and be present for it. The unannounced meeting took General Flynn by surprise.
General Michael Flynn was later charged with lying by the Mueller team.
Last week, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) says there is growing evidence the FBI altered their 302 summaries of witness interviews in both the Clinton investigation and early on in the Russia investigation [General Flynn ambush].
Senate investigators suspect McCabe altered his 302 notes on General Flynn and have referred the matter to Inspector General Horowitz.
To make matters worse, dirty cops McCabe and Comey cleared Sally Yates to use Peter Strzoks altered 302 summary report of the interrogation with General Flynn to brief White House Counsel and pressure Flynns firing.
Everything but the squeal.
Well, I believe he pleaded and agreed to cooperate and that puts his at the mercy of the prosecutor?
If he sentences Flynn, the presidential pardon will follow quickly. Mueller is focused on keeping the “investigation” going for as long as possible to give the left some talking points.
The last thing Mueller wants is anything settled.
didn’t we just hear that the FBI determined that Flynn didn’t lie, but they charged him anyway? So why would there be any sentencing on that at all? Drop the charges and be done with this masquerade
From the Dec agreement, the sentencing is ‘zero to six months’ and a fine of $500 to $9.500.

Nottingham. Also Lavrenti Beria maybe.
How is this possible, given the defendants right to a speedy resolution?
May Mueller suffer a fate similar to Lavrenti Beria . . .
Methinks he is stuck, knowing 302’s were altered, Flynn didn’t lie, and now can’t move forward.
Mueller has far too much power.
Mueller = sedition
Rosenstein = treason
tar + feathers
Mueller is worried that when the truth comes out, he will be charged with not only rigging a false charge, but a false imprisonment if he carries through.
That’s outrageous he was given that much power to be judge, jury, and executioner.
Think about it all, and it just shows what a sham it all is as they couldn’t afford to have much go on outside of Mueller’s inner circle of this investigation. HE KNOWS they have painted themselves in a corner and it’s only a matter of time before he’s the one being charged.
Mueller, your time is running out, LOL!

IIRC, he asked Comey about Flynn and there was no answer as to whether he was being investigated or not but perceived that it was coming.
Comey thought he was playing Trump...but just the opposite.
So at the time of his....let it go....Comey had not even admitted that he was ALREADY being investigated.
So the "let it go" actually referred to any Flynn investigation to come.
A little confusing...
No harm has or will come to LtGen Flynn. His "guilty" plea was a sham to release him from nondisclosure agreements and to hide him away while he led investigators to "where the bodies were buried" during the Obama Administration -- when Flynn was director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. LtGen Flynn's indictment and guilty plea was a charade that will soon be reversed, and he will stand alongside Admiral Rogers as a national hero.
Note also... Besides Flynn, all of Mueller's indictments have been brought against bad guys who were planted in the Trump campaign (e.g. Cohen, Manafort, Page, Papadopoulus). Funny how that's working out, seeing that Mueller was supposed to be targeting President Trump.
Deep Staters on both sides of the aisle are waking up to the horrific realization that they've been had, and it's fun to watch. Time will tell everything...
Does anyone really think that made a difference in the election. They're full of cr**.
Flabbergasting that this guy can basically play with the law any way he wants.
Thought the judges were supposed to prevent injustice.
Guess that’s only true for Rat party politicians.
What happened to the speedy trial bit? I’d move to dismiss based on this.
After the midterm elections I hope trump parsons nearly everyone he can.
And say the country is ready to move on. Them order a special counsel to look into RR, Mueller and the gang at the FBI.
Flynn is perfecting his son and wallet.
