This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

Q "drops" (i.e., posts) can be read with their original formatting on various websites. Sometimes the Q drop websites come under cyber attack or stop updating. This week, I've been using the following link:

Q drops (i.e., posts) often use unfamiliar acronyms. Swordmaker maintains a list of acronymsto help FReepers understand Q drop text. The key question, as you described it, was seldom stated.

I did go to the US Government INS website to see ... and found that the laws have shifted a bit over the years ... but when Zero was born, IF OUTSIDE THE U.S., then HE WAS NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN AT BIRTH.

Thus he could never have become a natural born citizen.

The criteria were:
1) Mother (American) married to a foreign national
2) Mother having reside less than 19 years in the U.S.
3) Mother was 18 at the time.

Hence, IF HE WAS NOT BORN ON U.S. soil, then he was NOT A CITIZEN.

I should add, the law changed a few years later, allowing an 18 year old mother to convey citizenship. But this was not retroactive.

Then how do you find the question an anon is asking on post 1429? I do not see it, frequently when Q posts answering a question he post the question also.

There seems to be some confusion in communication here. It appears it will work itself out. As for my part, as an original poster on FR, we always referred disruptions to Jim Rob as the owner and moderator of FR; it appears that is not the will of FReeQers... no problem.

This explains it the best. I was skipping a few steps in the process. The “Patriotsfight” posts apparently are the Q-only board, though I presume that anybody can copy/paste the posts elsewhere.

One is either born NBC, or not. There is no "becoming" one after the fact.

I agree, if he was not born on US soil, not a citizen at all, at least not by incident of birth.

I was all over the issue with Cruz, and know the law on this subject very well. I point to Rogers v. Bellei, and a few other (later) cases that prove birth on US soil is MANDATORY to be NBC. McCain is not eligible.

Well, perhaps the goal is to educate ourselves and others on the issues. If someone comes here and learns things never presented to them before, but never does a single post JR and FR have succeeded. (And he has!)

Butter had the advantage of being in a location at the center of the conspiracy, the “”Birthplace””. There are epicenters like Little Rock or Washington DC where you can do more research organization and activism. If you are in Hales Corners Nebraska your location results in a reduced opportunity for this sort of thing.

You are right. Lately Q has has that laser pointer and has Anons and others chasing red dots all over the Internet to find answers and document them. It sounds like this week the fireworks will really start.

You could argue that a person born to American parents outside the U.S. is a citizen, but not a natural born citizen.

But in Obama’s case, I’m saying if he was born outside the U.S. he was not even a citizen.

BTW, I could never be President. My parents, both Americans, were missionaries and I was born a U.S. Citizen—but not eligible for President. (At least that’s the way I’ve always understood it.)

No, that wasn't the law at the time, and isn't and never was the structure of the law. Not important for the conclusion, I agree with your conclusion. But you get there with made up law.

The structure has age of mom (if mom is the US citizen component), plus years of US domicile (typical 4 or 5 years) within one year of the birth.

And you still miss my point.

Question, is a dual citizen, or a citizen with mixed citizen parents, a natural born citizen under the law?

I'm not asking or seeking to answer that question, just pointing out that it was never asked. Obama was as much a UK citizen at birth as a US citizen, if we accept the facts stated on the face of the phony BC. Is a dual citizen at birth a NBC under the US constitution?
