Holy crap, if you are too big for something, you shouldn’t want to a) risk your own life b) risk the lives of others or even c) inconvenience others (like your ass taking up a neighbor’s seat on a plane.
Come on, being obese comes with responsibility. It just does. You don’t have to like it.
Correct. Other than airplane seats, which are almost too small for normal weight people, most seating places in America are meant to hold comfortably any one from under weight through obese. Only the extremely obese (or in some cases very tall people like 7’) aren’t accommodated. All people falling in the overweight category are fine on these rides.
The woman should stop eating sugar, bread, and carbs. Let the ride be a motivation to lose her enormity.
1. Stop drinking anything with any sweet taste. Drink only water or tea/coffee unsweetened (real cream ok).
2. No desserts, one serving of fruit a day.
3. No bread, pasta, baked goods, chips.
4. Don’t feel deprived. Enjoy all veggies, proteins, and healthy fats. Nuts in moderation. Potatoes and root vegetables every day.
Watch the weight come off. Watch the blood pressure and sugar come down and health emerge.
