2-3 weeks ago, there was a billboard advertising an appearance at a strip club.
I imagine she’s probably quite popular on the strip club circuit right now.
she has no case because
1) there are no damages - in fact, her income has increased, her bookings have increased and her name brand, such as it is, has also increased in recognition. Even her attny has profited nicely. She would have been better off sitting in a dark corner somewhere with a comfort bear.
2) Additionally, the Non-Disclosure is still in effect. Just because she is breaking it, doesn’t give others the right to break it until a judge says it’s either enforceable or not. So someone denying anything covered by a NDA isn’t ‘lying’, they are complying with the terms of the NDA.
Just on the NDA situation alone....this court-case won’t go far. If she hadn’t brought up all this stuff...none of the fake defamation (kinda like fake news) would not have occurred. If she’d hired ethical lawyers...they would have told her that on day one.
Not so much Defamation of Character, But: Definition of (Lack) of Character.

How can one defame a slut who would preform any type of sexual act known to mankind for money ? Just explain that !
A defamation suit must prove it attacked and impugned her character and inhabited her monetary ability to sustain her livelihood .
