Where does LaVar plan to play his kids next? He destroyed his younger son's NCAA eligibility and pulled the middle son out of UCLA. Does he really expect the NBA to draft either of them now?
On the one hand, it's great that he's a loving father who cares about his sons and has been there for them with their mom every day of their lives - these days that's saying a lot. But on the other hand, he's a classic stage dad trying to live out his frustrated athletic ambitions through his talented sons and wrecking their chances for NBA careers in the process.
The Ball boys obviously love their dad, but at some point it's time to grow up and tell the old man you love him but you'll take it from here.

It would be newsier to just report when LaVar isn’t angry.

"I feel sorry for those boys."
Wasn't LiAngelo Ball involved in shoplifting in China?

I think so. He should have stayed at UCLA and accepted his punishment. What NBA team would draft him now and invite the Ball family crapshow to town?

I hear that the Beijing Shoplifters have a couple of openings on their travel squad

They'd only be asking for trouble if they did.

If these three don’t get clear of daddy Bell, within three years, all they’ll be good for is hustling 3-on-3 hoops in Harlem, or South Central or someplace similar. Worse yet, I fear that at least one will become the victim of gun violence by the time they reach 25.
Which is a real shame, since people I know who actually like the game think that they are all the real deal.

You call that love?
Looks more like control to me.
Pathetic!
