1) Q & company did not offer her a deal, but offered to hold off on lowering the boom, pending full sentencing if she behaved herself. Instead, she went after Pompaeo.
2) By dropping a dime on Pompaeo, Q & company now have her on blackmail.
3) Q is taunting her over Monica Lewinsky.
Could be #2 or similar. Hellary’s camp was given false info about Pompeo and they decided to use it to get back at him. Q says to trust Pompeo via KANSAS so it might be a setup.
